DescriptionSquare rabbet plane with flat chamfers that turn out at the ends. Finial of wedge chipped off on left side.
Label TextThe youngest son in Huppert Cassel, Sr.'s (1751-1840) brood of eleven, Daniel initially followed in his father's woodworking footsteps. He went so far as to supersede his father's name punch with his own first initial, seen struck into this rabbet plane.
