DescriptionWoman's kerchief of fine white cotton with embroidered "shadow" designs in soft white linen thread, and pulled or drawn work in a variety of diaper patterns forming the flowering tree motif at center point, the scalloped border, and scattered small motifs in the ground. The triangular shape has been scooped-out to lie flat at neckline.Construction History:
