DescriptionTile: square tile with slightly canted sides; the face covered in tin glaze and painted in mauve or pink manganese with a central scene of a smoking bottle kiln or bottle oven rising between two ancillary two-story structures amidst a fenced and hilly landscape, all within two concentric circles; each of the four corners of the tile painted with a single leafy flower sprig (flowerhead corner); the reverse of the tile clean, dry, and unglazed revealing four small pinholes, one at each corner.Inscription(s)NoneMark(s)On the reverse, four small pinholes, one at each corner.
