DescriptionChild's cap of salmon-color ribbed silk embroidered with padded silver and silver gilt metallic threads. On the side panels are floral motifs that spring from bowl-like shapes. On the crown and back the same floral motif springs from an elaborate urn form. Edge of cap is trimmed with linen lace and fragments of metallic lace. Lined with thin blue silk.
