DescriptionDressing glass: molded cross-banded walnut frame with reverse-curved upper corners enclosing single beveled glass (modern); pivoted on rectangular sideposts with beaded edges and surmounted by brass acorn finials. Rectangular carcase with inlaid herringbone stringing and enclosing single drawer with two brass knobs and oval escutcheon with projecting lower edge; molded base with shaped skirt with center drop and bracket feet.Primary: walnut and walnut veneer; Secondary: deal base and interior of lower section; deal backboard to glass (not original); oak back to lower section and oak frame beneath veneer; walnut drawer sides and back.
