DescriptionLead-glazed earthenware dish with a pearl white glaze, often referred to as pearlware. The dish is ornamented with an elaborate blue shell-edge border, four groups of raised, molded flowers, one in the center of each side and four raised, molded American eagles on the corners. The eagles adapted from the Great Seal.
