DescriptionViolin: "The back is formed by one piece of maple having narrow flames extending horizontally across its breadth. The top is cut from two pieces of spruce having a very narrow width grain at the center and broadening at the flanks. The sides are original, and of maple having narrow flames. The scroll is original also the neck, pegs, tailpiece, and fingerboard. This instrument is in a remarkably fresh and original state of preservation." "THE RUDOLPH WURLITZER COMPANY"
