DescriptionTall, square bottle case with hinged lid; brass bail and rosette handle in center of top; small rococo brass escutcheon on front, center near top of case; small mahogany bead along bottom edge of lid; blind mitered dovetailed construction of case and lid; interior originally divided into four sections by partitions (partitions not present; veritical grooves or dados in center of each side of the case about one third of the way up the side indicate former presence of partitions for bottles.)
