DescriptionBottle case containing twelve green glass bottles (2-13)
Rectangular case with lapped and nailed construction and hinged lid, painted green; iron bail handles attached to sides of case, keyhole in center, top of front board and iron lock mortised into rear of same; lid hinged on short iron strap hinges; lid has short flat board attached to front edge and to underside of side edges to enclose top of case when closed; interior has c. 1" tall, rough sawn partitions tenoned into case sides with space for 12 bottles.
