V." The upper part of the plate shows the rooms where the sheets of paper are actually dipped from the vats onto the molds. When dipped into the mold, is slipped along a plank to the coucher. Here the mold is flipped over onto a piece of felt, and this is then covered with another piece of felt. This is built into stacks of paper.
