DescriptionCopperplate print textile document. "L'Hommage de l'Amerique a la France." America, represented by an Indian chieftain and accompanied by Liberty, approaches France, in the person of a man seated amid spears and shields and surrounded by soldiers dressed in armor; overhead a cloud supports the trumpeting figure of Fame.
