Label TextThis is an edition of Abel Boyer's French-English Dictionary. It is a 1783 edition with both volumes (1&2) bound together in contemporary binding. Volume 2 has the word "pilfer" with the same margin as a scrap found in a Wetherburn's Tavern rats' nest. This book is a complete object that represents fragments that were found in rats' nests during the 1960s restoration of Wetherburn's Tavern.Inscription(s)"W.
