DescriptionTeapot: the body of globular form with flat bottom and shoulder flaring upward to a scalloped edge with shell molding that forms the gallery. An S-shaped spout molded with stacks of reeding applied to one side with molded shells at the juncture. Opposite the spout is a handle composed of two intertwined molded straps with acanthus leaf terminals. The cover low and bell-shaped with an open flower-form knop.Mark(s)"WEDGWOOD" and a star impressed to underside.Provenancewith Gary Atkins, London
