DescriptionBowl with cylindrical foot ring, but with less steep sides, wide sloping rim has a round depression for soap, large cutout arc, and two holes pierced at rim. Whitish tin glaze decorated in blue; on the rim two razors, flowers, and swags and leafage encircling soap indentation and cutout arc; in the well, two pairs of scissors, two additional razors, and a razor case.Label TextThe late attribution of this basin is based on the flowers and swags, which relate to examples of later delft.
