The bottle may be connected with William Bonville of Glangwili or William Bonville of Bryntowy in the parish of Llangunmor, near Carmarthen (Wales), elected mayor of Carmarthen in 1793, or his son, also William. Reference: Brigstocke, p.40 and Fig. One example was in the collection of T.E. Brigstocke in 1914, present whereabouts unknown.
