DescriptionAppearance: mahogany side table with rectangular top, rounded corners, inlaid with dark wood stringing around perimeter of top and legs; shallow rectangular side skirts each supported by one thin rectangular leg that divide into two saber legs at base ending in brass toe caps and casters.Construction: The top of the table is glued to the skirt; the skirt is tenoned to the legs, a medial brace is tenoned to the legs and skirt; the bottoms of the legs are tenoned to a small rectangular base; the saber legs are in sliding dovetails in the base and supported by an iron spider; the decorative braces are screwed to the legs and medial brace.
