DescriptionPlate: molded shell edge with integral trimmed foot ring. The edge painted with blue. The well decorated with a brown-black splayed eagle referencing the US Great Seal painted with calligraphic lines, with shield-form body, the shield painted with a blue band over orange and white stripes. With wings outspread and left-turned head topped with an orange tuft. The eagle holding arrows and leafy branches respectively in its talons.
