DescriptionStorage jar: ovoid shaped body of inverted pear form rises to a short neck and a flaired and slightly rolled rim; each side flanked by an applied lug handle smoothed to appear integrated with body; incised wavy and concentric lines are evident from the high shoulder to the waist of the jar; the vessle is covered in an alkaline glaze with a matte finish that ends just above the foot.
