DescriptionSilk embroidery POCKETBOOK. Small purse or case, two compartments, worked in Queen stitch embroidery in a pattern of flower forms enclosed in diamond lozenges, in colored silks (coral, ivory, blue, tan, gold, and dark green on brown/tan ground); lined and bound with dark green silk.

Construction History:

1. Second half of 18th century: Initial Construction
2. April 3, 1958: Restoration by Ernest LoNano. New dyed lining and old-new gussets on sides.
