DescriptionRectangular sewing table with a lockable molded top that is hinged along the rear, opening to reveal a partitioned interior; ogee shaped sides of table; basket drawer hangs below main section with four decorative pierced angled sides; four intricately turned legs terminate in two trestle feet with four casters; turned stretcher between trestles has a round basket screwed to a small pedestal at center.ProvenanceOwned by Mrs. Rockefeller's great aunt, Mrs. Abby Greene. Given to Mrs. Rockefeller by Miss Lucy Aldrich.
