DescriptionSilver coffeepot (from a six-piece silver tea and coffee service): Shaped and stepped oval base supports deep oval fluted and paneled body with squared shoulders and incurving neck. S-shaped spout with oval pattera at top and oval cutout at juncture inside of body; C-shaped ebonized wood handle with saddle-shaped grip at top. Domed lid with compressed urn-shaped finial and inset hinge; lid does not have a vent hole. Narrow engraved bright cut border at foot and broad bright cut bands below shoulder and at edge of lid.
