DescriptionWrought iron traveler with chamfered handle terminating in a loop and forked that the bottom to secure the wheel. Skeletonized wheel traversed by a narrow medial bar which broadens at the center point, through which the axle pin is rivetted.Label TextRolled along a piece of lumber, the traveler gauged long or circumferential dimensions. By counting the revolutions and then multiplying by the wheel’s circumference, an accurate measurement could be achieved.
