Photographer unidentified.Inscription(s)No original markings found. In ink in script on the reverse of the secondary support is "Ella Trent Barrett & Mr. Barrett/Ella Walker Trent b. 1836/dau. of Thomas Trent Jr. & Martha/Holland Trent." Also, "'Aunt Ella'/Sister of g.ma. Tinsley,/Cousin Bolie's Byrd's mother no children/& of Mrs Ragland- (grandma Pat)".

Note: the words "Cousin Bolie's Byrd's mother" has been crossed through.ProvenanceDescended in the family to AARFAM's donor, but the specific line of descent has not been documented.
