DescriptionPetticoat of crisp ivory silk taffeta with brocaded detached small flower sprays in dark green, olive, and shades of rose, against self-color ground pattern of satin stripes and flowering vines. Petticoat is flat in center front, then gathered in cartridge pleats to tape waistband. Petticoat flounce goes around entire hem of petticoat, but back is yellowish-white glazed fabric which also forms the full lining of the petticoat.Construction History:
