DescriptionOverall body color, black. Bill red, with black body color continuing down top of bill in stripe. Leather crest painted black. eyes are an oval of mustard yellow, leaving dark center. Breast painted white with polka-dots of yellow and gray overall. Tear-drop shaped spots on white, one of each side of upper back. Wings each outlined in white, with "E" shaped white striping tucked within this wing curve on each side. Tail is carved from one piece of wood as main body, but is painted dark gray with gray extending up onto body, coming to a point on top of back; the entire area of dark gray is dotted with black. Has leather loops on bottom, one at front and one at back each held in place with a single nail.ProvenanceEstate of Edward S. George, Riverside Ct.
