DescriptionWoman's stomacher with silk needlework and couched metal threads on linen, quilted with silk backstitching in vermicelli pattern, overlaid with metallic cord in criss cross design; rounded bottom edge. Design consists of stylized, symmetrical scrolls and flowers. Edges bound with pink ribbon. Needlework worked through to linen backing.
