DescriptionChild's bodice or jacket of green silk brocaded with silk and silver in floral design with self-color floral sub-pattern in supplementary wefts. Bodice has low neckline and front closure with 14 (7 pairs) of hand-worked eyelets ending at waist, with tabs below waist bound in salmon silk; tabs extend around to back. 3/4 length fitted sleeves, curved over elbow. Back fitted, with center seam and evidence of alterations to make garment larger. Brown linen innerfacing at center fronts.
