DescriptionHexagonal tea caddy with hinged lid, overall decoration of alternate banding of ebony (or dark wood) and satinwood; top and sides inlaid with pointed ovals of banding; inlaid diamond-shaped satinwood escutcheon on front; hinged lid with original green wool baize lining and metal foil lining the box.
