DescriptionLarge 3-handled cup with folded straps between handles; handles and straps descend from half way down body; body shape of inverted bell and made of light buff clay; EXTERIOR ABOVE HANDLES and interior either cream slip coated or lead glazed on body (after slip tailed.) Upper exterior - cream ground in 2 horizontal panels - top - heavy dark slip circles, dots, and triple shlashes with cream slip dotting between linear dark skip trailed and cream dotted borders; Bottom - "SARAH" SR (?) L(or G)EEN:1712:1712." Ffrom the top of the handles to the foot, dipped in heavy dark brown slip, trailed between handles and straps with cream-colored slip in repeated stylized floral pattern; covered in lead-glaze.Inscription(s)Inscribed "SARAH" SR (?)
