DescriptionAn oval plaque of a woman in profile molded in high relief. She wears a large blue and yellow hat, blue and polka-dot bodice and bustle with yellow trim, white apron trimmed in blue, blue and white striped skirt, and green shoes. She carries before her a closed, green umbrella. The plaque is edged in pale green.
