Label TextIn figure a the leaves grow up and off a central stem; in b continues the leaf growth; c shows leaves, berries, and a trumet-like flower; d is a large many leaved, many tendriled growth, possible an enlarged view of a flower bloom.

This plate is from Johann Wilhelm Weinmann's publication of vegetables, herbs, plants, and flowers: "Phytanthoza Iconographia." The plates are among the earliest examples of color plate printing.
