DescriptionCandlestick: cylindrical socket with straight sides inclining inward toward base with multiple moldings at rim and at bottom; main section of stem composed of a flattened-sphere knop with reeded mid-band; broad flange of octagonal plan with domed center and reeded and molded edge at end of stem and above base; broad base of octagonal plan with cast vine border at edge of flat-topped domed center section and reeded and molded outer edge. Uninscribed as to owner.Inscription(s)Indistinct probable owner's inititials stamped on underside of base at edge.Mark(s)No.ProvenanceVendor: A.H.
