DescriptionMiniature gilt looking glass. Rectangular looking glass with eglomise panel in top third of frame with gilt molding between mirror and eglomise; eglomise panel depicting a marine scene with two ships in a cartouche border; spiral gilt beading along base and sides of molded frame; plain gilt blocks at bottom and top corners; broad overhanging molded crest rail with flat top projects further to front at ends, treating sides as columns with capitals in the crest; crest has a spiral gilt beading in a coved background.ProvenanceDonors purchased from Israel Sack, Inc. in 1997
