DescriptionSide chair with shaped crest rail with narrow ears and a central abbreviated scroll over a solid vase shaped splat with spurs one third up on sides, held in place by a molded shoe; stiles extend into rear legs with slight backwards rake, rectangular in cross section; front legs square in cross section; trapezoidal seat frame with bead along outer top corners; panel seat nailed into rabbets replaces original slip seat; side, medial, and rear stretchers, rectangular in cross section.
