DescriptionLead-glazed red earthenware jar daubed with manganese oxide. Jar is of bulbous form with lug handles. A lid with mushroom knop sits on flange of jar, just below slightly everted rim. Concentric incised lines respectively at shoulder and approximately two inches below handle, but above mid-point.
